What to Eat

Each body is different and requires different nutrition to survive and strive. A subject of nutrition is very long and elaborate. Many different systems exist. Generally, fruits and vegetables are preferred source of food for human body. However, it is commonly difficult to obtain enough nutrition if you don't consume meats or fish. In this case, try to eat less and safe types of meat such as chicken and turkey instead of beef and pork. And try to eat wild caught fish instead of farm raised.
