The air is what's important. Air we breathe. We cannot live without.

You need , obviously , fresh air. Air in the cities is extremely polluted, try to find parks and/or places with greens and trees. Air is much better their , it is purified by the living greens.
Air is part of the simple health principles: fresh air, sunshine, rest, exercise, water and nutrition. This will keep your body calm and aware. Be aware.
